Terms of sale

1. Room+

Room+ is a subscription that gives access, while active, to:

• extra themes and objects, including animated ones;
• removal of the “made with Room” badge;
• visit statistics;
• a higher photo quota.

2. Price

Room+ costs 2 € per month or 20 € per year. Prices are in euros, including applicable taxes where relevant. The price that applies is the one shown when you subscribe.

If the price changes, you are told at least 30 days before your next renewal, and you can cancel before the new price applies.

3. Payment and renewal

Payments are processed by Stripe: your card details never pass through our servers.

The subscription is paid at the start of each period, then renewed automatically for the same length until you cancel.

4. Promo codes and free months

A promo code entered on the payment page applies under the conditions stated when it was issued (duration, amount).

Room+ can also be given for free until a set date. In that case it ends automatically on that date and is not renewed.

5. Right of withdrawal

You can withdraw within 14 days of your first subscription, without giving a reason, by writing to [to be completed : email]. We then refund the full amount paid within 14 days, using the same payment method.

6. Cancellation

You can cancel at any time from Account → Manage subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid: you keep Room+ until then. Except where required by law or in case of withdrawal (section 5), started periods are not refunded pro rata.

7. Failed payments

If a payment fails, Stripe retries it over a few days, and Room+ stays active meanwhile. If the payment does not go through, the subscription ends.

8. When Room+ ends

When Room+ ends, your room stays online and nothing is deleted. Premium themes and objects are simply hidden from visitors until you subscribe again, and the badge comes back.

These terms are governed by Swiss law, subject to the mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence. Consumers in the European Union can also use the EU online dispute resolution platform.
